Common questions about using this CRM
Go to Lead Management → Leads, then use the create action. Fill in contact details, company, and source. You can assign status and expected value from the same form.
Deals move through stages defined in your pipeline settings. Open the Pipeline page to see stages, then update a deal’s stage from the deal details or Kanban board.
Use the bell icon in the header for recent alerts. For the full list, open Settings → Notifications or click “View all” in the dropdown.
Open Invoices → Create, choose the customer, add line items, and save. Totals and taxes are calculated from your item rows and company settings.

Schedule follow-ups from lead or deal context. They appear on the dashboard and under My Follow-ups when a due date is set.
Yes. Open Reports → Create Custom Report to choose collections, relations, and columns. Saved reports can be run with optional date filters.
